In the shadow of the spectacular Te Mata Peak, with views across the vineyard, Craggy Range Restaurant is the culinary heart of the Giants Winery. The restaurant offers an intimate, comfortable & relaxed space to enjoy Head Chef Casey McDonald's regionally inspired menu, celebrating Hawke's Bay's elements and abundant produce. Recognised with two hats at the Cuisine Good Food Awards, and the coveted award of Winery Restaurant of the Year in the 2021/2022 Cuisine Awards, the restaurant's menu changes seasonally and daily, based on what is caught locally or shining in our kitchen garden. Casey has explored the region forging relationships with growers, farmers, and orchardists to ensure he understands their own stories and passion for their craft.
