This is a great opportunity to meet other like-minded people in your community who gather together in the spirit of health. The beauty of sauna bathing by the sea is the contrast between the heat of the sauna and the cold of the ocean.
Currently located at The Esplanade, Westshore and Breakwater Road, Ahuriri.
Online bookings are essential to secure a 1-hour session. The Sauna is heated to 80-85 degrees Celsius.
